Detox week!

My husband and I spent the weekend in Paris which was just so amazing and romantic but we just ate all the wrong things! At one point we were getting ready to go to bed and I found myself snacking on a black squid ink baguette!  So to cleanse myself of all the bad stuff I have decided to start off every morning this week with a green juice!  It’s so simple and really a great way to get going, especially if you are doing a school run with two kids at 8am..


  • Juicer ( mine is from
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 2 bulks of kale
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1.5 cucumbers
  • 2 apples of your choice
  • 2 thumb sizes of ginger
  • 1 half a lemon

Pour into a large cup and replace your morning coffee with the MEAN GREEN!
